A new class of solvable two-dimensional scalar potentials for graphene

In the present paper, a systematic approach is presented for solution of two-dimensional massless Dirac equation with external electrostatic potential applied. This based on new - asymmetric form SUSY-like intertwining relations. It allows to build wide variety pairs SUSY-partner scalar potentials. If one them simple enough be solvable, its partner also solvable although it may have non-trivial dependency both coordinates. Physically, this kind problems related description graphene and some other materials potential. Solvability obtained by means SUSY relations extend class analytically models.

In this paper, the two-dimensional triangular orthogonal functions (2D-TFs) are applied for solving a class of nonlinear two-dimensional Volterra integral equations. 2D-TFs method transforms these integral equations into a system of linear algebraic equations.
